Andy, the owner of Amer-G Construction, gave us an estimate of $1400 to replace our bathroom cabinets and vanity as long as we purchased all of the materials. We ordered the cabinets and waited 4 months for him to do the work. He didn't show up 2 times due to being "very busy" but promised he would show up on Nov. 6. On Nov. 5, I received an e-mail from him stating his price would be $3000 - more than double the original estimate. I called him and left him a detailed message asking him to call me and explain the reason for the increase. He never called; however, e-mailed me the next day saying he would not change his price and he didn't remember the original quote.
Description of Work: Andy's original estimate to do the work was $1400. We waited for 4 months for him to show up and at the last minute (1 day before), he changed his price to $3000.
