On 09/18/13 I had accidentally tripped our alarm system.  When this happens the alarm company IMMEDIATELY calls our house to verify whether it was a false alarm or police is needed.  Well after ten minutes going by and the alarm company never calling,  I called my proper police agency to see if they received a call from the alarm company about my alarm.  They informed me they received no call.  I immediately called Steve on his cell phone to report there was a problem.  He asked if he could come later today or the following day.  I opted for the next day because I would be home that entire day.  Well today is 10/02/13 and I still have not seen Steve at my house nor had he called to reschedule.   My prior experiences with him makes this typical.  When he originally installed our alarm system back in February 2012 I had similar issues with him.  For example at the time of installation I asked him to order me a remote which deactivates or sets the alarm without using the keypad.  Well a month went by and nothing,  I called and asked again for a remote to be ordered - was told no problem - again nothing.  Had my husband call asking for one and again nothing.  It's been almost 2 years now and no remote.   We install alarm systems for extra protection and if that system is not working then what good is it??  Or what good is your installer??  Alarms not working properly should be a priority with a immediate response.  In the meantime I had someone else resolve the problem without the help of Securetron. I plan on dumping this company very soon.
