Mike and his crew are fantastic. Mike is hands-down the most thoughtful, responsive, and thorough contractor/home repair person I have ever worked with. (And there have been MANY.) He never does anything halfway, and his attention to detail is impressive. I have never, NEVER been unable to reach him when I need him. Even if he's busy with bigger projects, even if it's a Sunday, he always answers/returns my call immediately and gets my project on the schedule as soon as possible. With any project, he'll really listen to what you want and give you all the options, with the various price points. He really does go above and beyond. He's the guy I call for everything from a major remodel to small repair. His prices are fair, he stands behind his work 100% (if something goes squirrely with a project, he always makes it right), his work is beautiful, he leaves the work area cleaner than he found it, and most of all I trust him.
This most recent project was pretty boring, mostly maintenance and upkeep, but since our house is over a century old, even the most basic projects can have some curveballs: unexpected rotted wood (and possible bug damage) surrounding the garage was shown to me, a sample was broken off for me to give to our bug guy, and then it was quickly removed and repaired. The fence and house look great, and none of my landscaping was damaged in the process.
