Jim is my go-to plumber... gets the job done quickly and is flexible (I had an electrician working in the basement at the same time and all went well).

I got him through a friend's reference after looking at other companies. Hiring him was money well-spent. He really did an excellent job. He showed up on time and cleaned up after himself. There was a bad cartridge from Moen that I had, and I had to order a new one, which they sent out in express mail. Jim came back at no extra charge to install it once it arrived. I thought that was very nice of him to come out so quickly. That's especially nice since I know plumbers often travel all over, so for him to squeeze me was very nice and I appreciated it.

He was so nice to work with and his rates were so much better than other companies' that I considered. He did extra work that he didn't charge me for, too - when he put in the cabinet, he just charged for the materials, even though we had to move it around and change the supply line. He went over and beyond what he needed to do, and was a very amiable person.
