Our family had the pleasure of working with Stephen Matthews and Custom One Builders. We started our project as a remodel which soon turned into a complete rebuild as we found that in our old house there were many foundation issues preventing us from increasing our house size as needed for our large family. Stephen, his sons, and his team of contractors made the entire process much less overwhelming. Custom One Builders provided excellent service, quality product, constant communication, and a fair price. We highly recommend Custom One Builders and should the need ever arise again, we will definitely head straight to Custom One Builders.

Steve Mathews has completed many jobs at my home over the years. He is highly intelligent, talented, honest, and just a great person to work with. He completes each job as an experienced professional who truly cares about his clients. His expertise extends from the initial design phase to adding all of the finishing touches. Have all your contracts checked over by a lawyer before signing anything with them. Lack of project leadership made the job last longer and cost much more than needed. Many Mondays of the project no one showed up to work.
