Responded to message within 15 minutes and set up appointment for the following day. Exceptional service. Very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Would absolutely hire again.

The repair was done well and on time. My gripe was with the price of the part. The part, a genuine new Whirlpool part, sells new for $62.00 + shipping. We were charged $150.00 for the part alone. He had all sorts of reasons why he charged nearly 2 1/2 times the price for the same exact part. I will not call him again as I found that part of the cost to be extremely excessive.
