Mold Solutions Services’ Russ studied our basement's advanced mold issue, performed tests, and created a work plan for a remediation company to execute. Then came back after the remediation to do re-testing, and verify that all was well. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and patiently answered our concerns. Highly recommended!

Mold Solutions' work was top quality although the bill exceeded expectations. Use them, but get pricing locked in upfront. Note: Price shown was just for the initial testing; post-remediation testing is a separate fee.
