Not good. The service fee was $69 ($59 with the service contract). The company totally overcharged us with a whopping bill of $387. I have had this work done by other plumbers in the same market for less than $100. My Advice: STAY AWAY from this company and it's affiliate One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating.

The first visit this summer was for a severely clogged bathtub drain. Eric came out, assessed the problem and had it cleared quickly!! Then the next week, we had a stove delivered and it was supposed to be installed by the "Big Box store" delivery and installation guys, who did NOT have the correct tools and told that they didn't have the part to connect the stove to our gas pipe. Again, Eric came out with the CORRECT tools to do this and explained that the part that we needed was in the universal connection kit that the "delivery and installation" guys from the "Big Box store" brought with the new stove... And then, we realized that our water heater was leaking. We got estimates and Javier, Mark and Ben came out to remove the old standard water heater, and move and install a new high efficiency tankless water heater. Again, EXCELLENT service from Ben Franklin LLC. This is a great honest LOCAL firm with good people, great customer service. Katie who answers the phone is always on top of everything.

We were amazed at with the quality craftsmanship Eric and Josh provided. They worked very hard and their work was beautiful. I have since recommended them to my brother and he was very pleased as well.

We were recommended to Ben Franklin from my ex-wife. We previously used an local outfit whose name was an oxymoron because their work was not water tight! We have had Ben Franklin service our home a few times and will never use any other plumbing company.

Jordan was fun to work with, recommended different products other than the ones we had planned to install for quality reasons.  Looked all over town for a correct replacement part.  Came out on a Sunday night to fix a leak that we were unable to stop after we replaced the tub cartridge.

Eric was extremely professional and performed all of the necessary checks to find out what was causing my main drain pipe to make loud noises just below my floors.  Once he learned that there was nothing major affecting the flow of the main drain pipe he then looked at the alignment of the pipe.  A previous company installed iron supports incorrectly on my PVC piping.  He took a picture of it to show me how much strain the iron supports were causing on the pipe.  He corrected the problem by installing J supports which allowed for proper expansion and contraction of the pipe.  The most important point to be made is that Eric made sure that the main drain pipe was properly aligned and held up with the most correct supports for the type of main drain pipe installed in my house.  I wish I would have known about Ben Franklin's a long time ago and I recommend them to everyone. :):)

Eric was fantastic.  Professional, friendly and really explained what he was doing.  As new owners of the house I did not know all the plumbing details and he helped me understand what I had and also gave me some education on potential things I should do for preventative maintenance moving forward.  I sometimes dread having services come out but he was fantastic.  I know these guys will be my go to for plumbing moving forward. Plan to have them do my Sewer maintenance and install a backup sump next. Highly recommend based on this initial experience.

It went really well! They did an excellent job! I felt like they took a personal interest in the job during the quote process. They absolutely gave me confidence in their work. They were professional and knowledgeable. I would absolutely use them again.

I called after a holiday weekend after unsuccessfully attempting to replace it on my own and was able to get an early appointment the next day.  Ben showed up on time and did a great job.  The new faucet looks great!

We made an appointment for the next day. The plumber arrived on time. The work took about 3 hours. There are no leaks now. The finished setup looks professionally done and works good.

They were very quickly to respond - within an hour of my initial call they were at my residence. They provided quality workmanship and cleaned up after themselves. They were also very reasonably priced.

I receved a referral for Ben Franklin Plumbing my usual plumber due to his workload. I had an issue with a leaking kitchen drain. And i needed other things done. Ben showed up on time as promised and we went over all the work. In addition to the drain i needed a water heater and shower valve replaced. There was also a basement drain to be modified. For my shower drain i thought the kitchen cabinets had to be pulled. He gave me estimates and we scheduled a date. On the scheduled date he showed up on time and started working. He was very professional.. After getting started he told me he could replace the shower drain without pulling the kitchen cabinets and breaking into the wall. It was a large valve in a small opening. He actually did it! I was so grateful and impressed. The water heater installation went well and was well done. One my sink drain, many persons on many calls tried to repair it. The space was tight and he suggested it will continue to leak and advised to rebuild it. It was a challenge as the space was tight. He was able to find a solution that didnt leak.. For my basement drain, he met with the building inspector and went over the plan which was accepted. He cared about everything and triple checked every repair before he accepted his work. The final tally came in within $100 of his estimate so i was very pleased. The basement drain needed to be scheduled at a later date since he worked on my other projects from 8am to 7 pm. I cant say enough how impressed i was with Ben. This is my first review on Angies list. I just had to write this as i was extremely pleased and would recommend Ben to others.
