Jason arrived and quoted the work. We set up the time for his crew to arrive, they were punctual and asked me to show them exactly what I wanted them to do. Work was done exactly as I wished - all within an hour and a half. Great Job!!! Will definitely use them again.

The price was very reasonable. Very affordable for homeowners. They did a good job. Very professional, prepared and had all their equipment. Cleaned up after themselves in a professional manner. I would use them again.

Very disappointed that the damage done to the back of home from the lawn mower has yet to be corrected. Jason came to look at the damage, photographed it and said he would follow up. I have not heard from him since. My last text message to him on 11/5/14 has gone unanswered.

Update: all repairs were made and we will continue to use Becker Landscaping.

The crew arrived on time and completed the work as discussed. Jason came by later to ensure that all went well. We discussed whether one of the trees should be trimmed a little more. We set a date for the crew to come back and do that. Again, they arrived on time, and Jason stopped by shortly after the crew was done to ensure I was happy with the work (which I am). I was not charged additional for the second visit.

Crew of five was fast and efficient, leaving all the logs cut to firewood length, stacked and the yard cleaned up.

They cut down a large pine tree, one smaller one, and 10 arbovitae around our deck. It was a clean job, very efficient.

They did a good job but the first time they came out they forgot to remove the stump.  They came back out the second time and they took out the stump.  They did great work but the pricing seemed high.

Arrived on time. Worked for four-five hours with a crew of three. Trees are nicely shaped, without any awkward or unsightly cuts. Cleaned up all limbs, twigs etc. that hit the ground. Always professional, with an esthetic sense that makes the trees healthy, safe, and attractive. Everything is done with care. Never the lowest price, but always the best value for the price charged.

Owner Jason Becker is knowledgable (degreed in his field) and likable. His crews are personable, diligent and careful which is especially impressive to me.  Two of the largest trees were removed from a landscaped area with various plants and very young volunteer trees that I had asked be preserved if possible.  All of the plants were undamaged, which in the close quarters they were in must have required some extra caution.  In addition, they chipped a pile of branches in my neighbor's yard at my request.
I should explain that the B in communication is trending upward.  I am a ruthless (read 'anal') communicator and it doesn't come naturally to Jason but the efforts he has made in that direction are obvious.  He is aware of my stringent requirements and is trying to meet them.  The reason I did not grade price is that I really don't have any basis for comparison - I typically don't 'shop' for services, but rely on my gut and relationship with the contractor.
Considering the configuration and population of trees (lots of Ash) on my property, it is certain that I will have a continuing need.  I am grateful I have found a service i can rely on in this specialty.

Arrangement of the work did not go well.  The company's communication around scheduling the work was spotty, making it difficult and time-consuming to arrange for a work date.  Verbal commitments to call on a certain date to arrange a schedule for the work were not met.  Start date for the work kept getting pushed back.

The work itself went well, with the exception of some miscommunication around the trees being cut down.  I'm not sure where the miscommunication happened (with me or with them), but instead of 2 of 3 trees in a group of trees being cut down, all 3 were cut down.

My experience with them was good. Their price was good. They were on time and did a good job.

The crew of four men came the first day and completed most of the work then returned the next day to complete the job. Professional work, nice clean-up. Good advice about taking down additional trees. My wife loved the suggestions.

Jason runs a quality operation. He is an expert concerning trees and is very nice to deal with. Our trees always look better after Becker's Landscaping has attended to them. My only complaint is they typically do not call before they come. I was surprised to look out my window to see a man up in a tree early in the morning. Other than that we are very pleased with their service.
