One optional part of the equipment was not delivered and will require a second trip. Delivery was a little behind schedule. Overall, though, the experience was a good one. The delivery guys were very capable and took care not to scratch or damage anything as they carried in the equipment and assembled it.

Called and came earlier than the appointment time which was fine as I was home waiting for them. Completed work and said he tested equipment, I paid the bill and he left. Foolishly I did not check his work before I let the repairman leave. I did go to look at the equipment and turn off the basement lights only to find he put on the covers upside down on the wrong sides. GREAT!! So after a $75 service call and $49 labor charge I had to unscrew all the bolts with the Allen wrench I had, put them on correctly and replace the bolts. My main problem was the bottom bolts we so close to the ground my husband had to tilt the machine for me to be able to remove those two bolts prior to the repairman coming so I could send email pics of the part they needed to order. After much fumbling and contorting I was able to get the bolts in part way. How could the repairman not realize the covers were upside down with large PRECOR across the covers upside down and backwards. He just didn't care and wanted to get to the next appointment. I was very disappointed and feel you can't trust people to take pride in their work.

I called Wistoff's and I talked to Damir. He was professional and friendly, and he was able to come out in a couple days to look at my treadmill. He realized what the problem was immediately and told me that it was a warranty repair. He called the manufacturer for me and helped me to get the part for free. All I had to do was pay him the labor cost, which was much less than I had even hoped for! As soon as the part arrived, I called to schedule Damir to come back and install it. He came back in less than a week and got the work done quickly. Again, he was professional and friendly. He even was very friendly to my dog! I highly recommend Wistoff's and will use them again! Excellent service!

After researching treadmills I found that Landice is the best and Wisthoff is a certified dealer in the Chicago area. Landice comes with a lifetime warranty. I ordered the product over the phone. I think I got a fair price, based on the research I did. Wisthoff delivered and installed the product. All employees were friendly and courteous throughout.
