I used him before. We're in the process right now for a project. I think he's pricey. I have a few walls taken down because when I had an addition put on, structurally, it was not sound. As a result, I have real high two-story ceilings, they are shifting and I'm getting some leakage. They have to be torn down several places. I'm getting windows replaced, restructured, new roofing and a lot of stuff to do. He's very efficient and very prompt. He got two structural engineers for me. He came so I could meet them and get quotes. They're the ones who really got their price. He got two different opinions so I got the cheaper one and the nicer one.
