A Mindovo Technology Concierge arrived at my home on-time the day after I requested a meeting. He was dressed in a nice suit and tie and handled himself like a professional. For the first time I felt like I was able to really talk to a technology adviser rather than just working with a "techie" or a "geek." It was great! We reviewed everything that I needed done and then I forgot about them for 5 weeks while I was busy. They never pestered me with junk mail or sales calls. But when I finally called to start service they had all of the details from my complimentary meeting right there and got to work immediately. They installed a backup system that saved my son's computer from complete loss when his hard drive crashed and when my husband's hard drive crashed they were able to negotiate with Apple to have not just the hard drive replaced but the entire computer!That was a year ago and I am still as happy and satisfied as I was at the beginning. I've told all of my girlfriends about them and they are just as happy as I am. The really amazing thing is that they charge pretty much what everyone else charges but you get a whole different kind of experience. This is truly a one of a kind service I would highly recommend.
