I had a phenomenal experience working with Images. The company is co-owned and operated by two architects. They both have a very hands on approach. They spent a lot of time on the design portion and they really took the time to work with us. I like that while they were working on the design with us they did a line item cost breakdown of the expenses, so that I could see where all of the money was going. I liked that when we started getting above a budget we could go back and see where we could cut the expenses back a little bit. The business model is a very good and practical way to design a house. The construction went absolutely on time and even finished a couple weeks earlier than they anticipated. The architect was on site everyday. I cannot say enough good things about them. I give them all A's across the board for their services. They are very good about coming back, checking up on things, and resolving any issues. I have and will continue to use them in the future.

THINGS STARTED WELL, BUT QUICKLY DETERIORATED WHEN NUMEROUS MISTAKES [LARGE AND SMALL] WERE MADE BY A SEEMINGLY VERY UNSKILLED CREW. CONSIDERING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY SPENT, THE POOR QUALITY OF WORK IS HARD TO ACCEPT. WE ARE ALSO UNHAPPY WITH THE DESIGN ITSELF: IT DOESN''T FIT THE HOUSE VERY WELL, AND THE MUD ROOM AND BEDROOM EXTREMELY SMALL.
