Edwards Florist Inc & Greenhouses

Upon receipt, the flowers looked very pretty.  We did all the changing of the water as instructed.  However, by Saturday, 6/14 they were looking poorly and we were ready to throw them out.  Held on to them till Monday and called Edwards In Winnetka and advised them the flowers were really in bad shape and mostly dead.  She asked my name and put me on hold for several minutes.  Upon returning, advised me they were FTD (not sure what that had to do with anything) and they only lasted 3 to 5 days!!!  I was amazed at that response. I told her I've received flowers many times and it is rare for them not to last for at least a week and sometimes way longer.  I have a florist friend (not in my area) and told him what had transpired and he, too, was astounded and said there was no excuse for such poor performance and they should have been replaced or the sender's money should have been refunded.

ONE PHONE CALL AND EVERYTHING WAS DELIVERED ON TIME WITH EXCELLENT RESULTS - DAVID THE OWNER EVEN DELIVERED THE FUNERAL ARRANGEMENT HIMSELF AND THE DETAILS WERE BRILLIANT.  EVERYONE COMPLEMENTED THE ARRANGEMENTS AS BEAUTIFUL.
