+ -1 moreEvery time I go to Bess (which is frequently) the employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They take the time to help find the little parts I need for a home repair and offer suggestions on the best way to approach a problem. They even know when to tell me I'm in over my head and should call a repair man!
