Job well done! He removed rotted wood sections from frames and cut replacement wood to size as best he could and also replace broken glass on a fourth window. Very little to no outside air gets in saving me money on getting new windows. He is very skilled carpenter and didnt take too long the only thing I would do over is request wood be painted and treated for additional cost. I also had to do my own cleanup of lots of sawdust outside which was not a problem for me. Would definitely recommend his services. Trabajo bien hecho! I have been fixing up my house for over a year to get ready to sell. Ray was a tremendous resource throughout the entire process. Expert painting, staining and carpentry. Including installing new windows, doors and trim. Ray is a master craftsman with a very strong work ethic. I can always rely on Ray to get the job done right and at a very reasonable price. I recommend Ray to anyone looking for high quality home improvements. You will not be disappointed!

Ray installed, taped, mud and primed drywall in a new basement room. He was prompt to provide a quote and began work very quickly after I agreed to his proposal. He completed all the work in less than five days and the result was excellent. I would definitely hire him again.

Many sections of the baseboard molding around the kitchen floor were chewed on or scratched by our brand new puppy. Now that this has stopped, we needed someone to repair/replace the chewed up wood. Raymundo from Tapia's remodeling set a time to come out for the estimate, showed up on time, developed a quote and we accepted. When the scheduled time came to do the work, he was exactly on time, carefully removed the damaged wood around the kitchen (not all wood needed to be replaced), and replaced it. He did an outstanding job, was very neat while he was working, and returned the area to its previously clean state. His paint work was excellent, too - very neat. Raymundo did an outstanding job and I would definitely recommend and use his services again should the need arise.

Ray was always on time and responded to our emails within 24 hours. He was extremely meticulous and did outstanding work. He was very detail oriented and we LOVED that. We are going to hire him to do some other projects on our house.

It went fine, but I think they are pricey.

Ray was very responsive. He gave us an estimate that was fair and his craftsmanship was superb. He did masonry work in the basement foundation and refinished the old cracked plaster of the basement stairwell, and now it looks brand new! We are very pleased and we plan to call him again.

Ok, work was done well, I just really needed them for a few more hours to finish up the project and it was hard getting a response.

Excellent. The work needed to be done quickly, and they were very accommodating. Raymundo was punctual, and the work was first-rate. I highly recommend them.

These guys did a fabulous job. They were very meticulous in getting the job done just right. The drywall looks great and they were nice enough to pop in the exhaust fan. They even recommended the right primer to use after noticing we had an issue with mildew in the bathroom. We couldn't be more pleased.

Did a good job. Painted most of my house including rooms with cathedral ceilings. Cleaned up very well. Hired them to come back to do the last room.

He did a beautiful job. I can't believe I waited so long to have the work done. I wish I had done it sooner. I would definitely recommend his company.

Overall, things went very well. Ray and the team working with him were very responsive to questions/requests. They were punctual and very detail oriented. There was one part of the railing project that was installed incorrectly but Tapia's resolved the issue very quickly. Great folks to work with!

Repaired drywall well, did a good job and were on time.

Overall disappointed . We will definitely have to paint over the work that was done in the next five years and that is stretching it.

Everything was done in a timely fashion and all according to my specifications. I will hire Rey every time.

Tapia's men did an exceptional job prepping the fence before repainting it. They had to remove old peeling paint and deal with my flower beds. When it was done, it looked like new! I was amazed at how it turned out. And since they sitll had time left for the day, they were able to finish painting some spindles on the wheelchair ramp in front of my house.

They were not so good. They should have not rushed the job, they basically destroyed my wall. They did a great job up until almost the last wall. They were just terrible, there were gauges everywhere. I even called to come back out and fix it the guy stated that he was busy.

The company must be out of business! The phone goes to voicemail with no messages and no one replies to emails. I left 3 voicemail messages and 3 emails through Angie's list over past 30 days.

Service was good and I was very happy with their work! I would use them again if needed.

I liked that they were responsive, timely and did a high quality job.

I purchased a two-day special and Ray called me back right away we set up an appointment to begin work at 8AM a couple of days later. Ray assessed that the walls needed to be scraped, then primed and then repaired with a netting repair adhesive fabric repair for plaster and a thin coat of drywall compound over it. His nephew Luis they did the scraping day one. Day two they removed the plaster on the lath wall and replaced it with with drywall and primed the walls with oil based primer and started the fabric repair and drywall.I'm going to hire them for two more days to finish the skim coat and prime and paint as they are doing a great job. I am also going to hire them to paint and repair exterior windows. Luis worked hard and straight through lunch. and helped me put furniture back before he left each night.
