Their workmanship is definitely very good. The punctuality is not great because it is a small company and he can get pretty tied up with things. Sometimes, I have called for routine maintenance and had to call back a couple of times, so, he is not terribly punctual in that regard. But, when he gets here and does the work, he is great.
