Eric Williams did a very thorough job inspecting our house.
He was punctual (actually arrived before the scheduled time and was already inspecting the outside), detailed (I think he caught all the major issues).
We felt like it was money well spent, he didn't rush through the inspection like some other people I hired in the past. Report was very detailed and complete.
