We called Dortrak 12/15/10 when our door wouldn't always open or close all the way. He came out and assessed the problem and I also asked him about getting a new garage door. He gave me his price and we decided we did want a new door and tracks, so he fixed the current sensor problem (no charge). He came back 12/27/10 and installed the new door, springs, tracks and trim. It is good quality and was installed well and quickly, and everything was cleaned up. All this on a freezing cold day. We had used them several years before and had a good experience then too. They communicated everything very clearly and kept in touch as to when the door would arrive and be installed. Very nice to work with.

They were always responsive. I stopped using them because there was a slight communication problem. They do not speak English that clearly.

Vistited and showed me all the options and prices, suggested the best door for me at the best price, including need for parts in the future, scheduled the time, work done on time and without any issues. Nice attitude, respective and attentive.

He came out the same day I called. My garage door wasn't working properly. He adjusted it and cleaned it so it went up and down properly.
