From my initial contact with Art to completion this experience was clearly fantastic. You could sense that he takes a lot of pride in doing a great job, and he is not just doing this from paycheck to paycheck. And he did an unbelievable job cleaning our carpets that they look better than when new. Plus, they smelled clean. His company gave us a folder with helpful hints about carpet care and maintenance, and he even gave us a care package with a package of pringles and some mints. Overall, just a pleasant experience dealing with a person, and not an office. So if you looking for down-home, old-school type of treatment, and the most thorough cleaning of your carpets, then Art is your guy. If your looking for the cheapest carpet cleaner, then your looking in the wrong spot.
