I inherited them from the lady I bought the house from and so they know the equipment that's in he house, they're pretty good about coming when it breaks down. Most of their service people explain what they're doing while they're doing it which I like.

Our air was not working properly. Called and spoke with Lynn she dispatched a tech out to the house. She stated his arrival would be 1hr to 1 1/2 hr. Called back within 5 min and said tech was on the way. Elmer got here in 20 minutes on a hot afternoon! Great! We were asked to turn off the air and place it into fan only mode, what a big help. This allowed him to defrost a frozen line and restore service with coolant quickly and efficiently. We had to pay their flat rate not a emergency or a weekend charge. As advertised they don't charge extra. The price of the coolant was pricey but that was expected and needed. I asked questions about how to run my HVAC more efficiently and Elmer was a big source of valuable info. Thank you AAA Comfort!
