I've used T & C for at least 15 years and been very, very satisfied with the service that Victor and his folks provide. Very neat on the inside work, clean up after themselves, etc.

The work was good and I was pleased. They sent me a bill stating that I had not paid for the past fall. I had my checks and left messages and would be happy to send him a copy to show him I had paid the bill. I would pay him for the June bill as soon as I received a call back. I called 4 times for a new updated bill from last June that I would pay as soon as he sent me. He never responded. I was pleased with the work but the way they run their business is ridiculous. A couple of years ago this same thing had happened but they straightened it out and I let it go.

THEY DO A NICE JOB, BUT OFTEN HAVE PROBLEMS WITH COMING WHEN SCHEDULED. THEY HAVE CLEANED MY WINDOWS MANY TIMES AND I LIKE THEM EXCEPT FOR THAT.
