After two calls to the office, a salesperson came out to assess the
work and develop an estimate for our computer networking needs and our AV needs.
He sketched out solution for our computer networking and said he would work on the AV estimate. I reviewed his
approach with the systems consultant whom I have used for years. My computer consultant pointed out that the solution did nothing to addressmy AV needs and if I am running cable for AV, I might as well run cable for computers.
After no response for two weeks, I called and was promised an estimate within 48 hours. Another week went by,. I
called again and spoke with the salesperson. He came to our house an hour later as we live only a few blocks from their office. He spent hour at our house. It has now been a month and I have never heard from him again.
The solution we need is more of a wiring exercise and he seemed to loose interest when we said we had plenty of flat screen TVs and were not huge audiophiles seeking equipment. I understand if our job is not in their sweet spot. Had they been up front with me about their capabilities and quickly told me that this is not the work in which they specialize, I would have given them a higher rating.

In total, I think that I had to call and leave messages four times to get one phone call response. When I called for the fifth time to set up my install date, got the voicemail again and had to leave a message, and still didn't get a call back, I moved on. There are too many other good companies out there who do want my business and who will call you back and get the job done.

Patrick was very generous with his time (relative to the size of the sale( in discussing my needs and recommending the appropriate set. The delivery was prompt and well done. I am delighted with the set. The company has a great customer service attitude.

WHEN HE ASKED US FOR AN ESTIMATE TO DO ADDITIONAL WORK FOR HIM, WE SCHEDULED A SYSTEM DESIGNER TO VISIT HIS HOME. WHEN THE DESIGNER CALLED TO RESCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT, THE MEMBER BECAME SO ANGRY AND ABUSIVE THAT A FUTURE RELATIONSHIP SEEMED IMPOSSIBLE. WE REGRET HAVING TO TELL THE MEMBER THAT WE WOULD NOT BE INTERESTED IN FUTURE PROJECTS WITH HIM, BUT WE ALSO WANT TO EMPHASIZE THAT WE NEVER, NEVER LEAVE ANYONE HANGING: WE STAND BEHIND THE TELEVISIONS WE SOLD TO THE MEMBER, AND CONTINUE TO OFFER HIM THE SPEEDY CORRECTION OF ANY PROBLEMS HE HAS WITH THEIR INSTALLATION."

VERY NICE, VERY HELPFUL, PROMPT, CLEAN, AND COURTEOUS. THEY CAME BACK A FEW TIMES TO RESET THE SYSTEM WHEN WE MESSED IT UP. PRICES ARE COMPARABLE TO BIG BOX STORES BUT YOU GET GREAT SERVICE! INSTEAD OF IDIOTS.
