 + -1 moreSergio came punctually and went right to work. He replaced the thermostat and ordered the fan part. Two others came the next day to install the ordered part, which they had had trouble finding. They were quick, efficient, polite, and helpful.
Description of Work: Air Conditioner would not turn off. Thermostat and fan part needed to be replaced. Total time for diagnostic and repair work was about 4 hours.

 + -1 moreJOB 1.THEY ARE VERY POLITE AND COURTEOUS. THEY CLEAN UP VERY WELL AFTER THE JOB. I HAD LOOKED LONG AND HARD FOR AN EXPERIENCED FURNACE MAN WHO UNDERSTANDS STEAM HEAT IN A 1924 HOUSE. JOHN REALLY KNOWS HIS STUFF. HE IS EXCELLENT TO WORK WITH AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEIR OFFICE PEOPLE ARE VERY NICE AS WELL, NO SURPRISES. JOB 2. AFTER HAVING A NEW TILE FLOOR LAID IN THE KITCHEN AND REINSTALLING THE BASEBOARD RADIATORS, THE RADIATORS WOULD NOT HEAT. I HAD TO GO THROUGH 3 DIFFERENT CALLS TO FIND SOMEONE WHO UNDERSTOOD WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. JOHN UNDERSTOOD THE PROBLEM AND WAS ABLE TO COMPLETELY CORRECT IT.
