I called Rick late in the evening and he was able to come out first thing the next morning on a Sunday! He rodded the line from the basement access point and found a huge amount of roots just outside the building. He worked for over an hour before the line was totally clear. Rick was very responsive and professional and charged less than the plumber who claimed the line was totally cleared 2 months before. Obviously, the first plumber did not go far enough to clear the line.

Not too impressed, we had to call him to come back twice.

They spend only 15 min here and felt they greatly over-charged me. There was one part that was changed and it was only $10. They over-charged me on the labor.

ANYONE WHO LIVES IN AN AREA LIKE WILMETTE SHOULD SERIOUSLY CONSIDER THIS SERVICE. WITH ALL OUR TREES, ITS INEVITABLE THAT ROOTS WILL FIND THEIR WAY INTO THE SEWER PIPES. WITH THE ANNUAL SERVICE, RICK AND HIS CREW COMES OUT EACH YEAR (HE CALLS TO SCHEDULE) AND TAKES CARE OF THE PIPES. SO MUCH BETTER THAN TO HAVE TO CALL SOMEONE BECAUSE YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH YOUR PLUMBING. IF THERE IS ANY PROBLEM DURING THE YEAR HE'LL COME OUT AND TAKE CARE OF IT FOR NO ADD'L CHARGE.
