These guys were great. This was my first time here and they know what they are doing. The guy that helped me at the register was good. He explained everything to me and also listened to what I had to say. Great service.

They are pricey but worth it! 5 hours of polishing and cleaning ads my husband's car look great!
Only downside: there were minor things like wax remaining on the hood and other clean ups that had to be pointed out and taken care of before I left.

I found out about Norms through Groupon. I paid less than half the price for a deluxe detailing on my SUV and it was worth every penny and it would have been worth the full price too. The auto looks like new. The technician who worked on my car (unfortunately I can't remember his name) has a lot of pride in his work--and it shows. I've used other detailing services and never received these results.
