They have superb service. They are most helpful. They can fix anything I bring them. They even teach me how to do things myself such as changing a light socket. They know and call me by name. There is always someone there to help. They are just excellent. Mr. Sanders runs a good shop!

THE STAFF HAS HELPED GUIDE ME THROUGH EVERY STAGE OF REVAMPING MY NEWLY PURCHASED HOME. WHEN I BEGAN, I HAD VERY LITTLE KNOWLEDGE ON HOME IMPROVEMENT. THEY ARE EXTREMELY PATIENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY HAD ABSOLUTELY NO PREJUDICE ABOUT ME AS A WOMAN, TRYING TO DO THE WORK MYSELF. THEY LISTENED INTENTLY AND RESPONDED APPROPRIATELY. I REALLY FEEL THAT I HAVE A PARTNER IN THE PROCESS, AN EXPERT ON CALL, AND THAT HAS BEEN WONDERFUL. EVEN THOUGH I AM ON A BUDGET, ANY TIME I NEED INFORMATION, OR I KNOW THAT THE PRICE DIFFERENCE IS MINIMAL - I WILL VISIT THEM OVER THE BIGGER CHAINS EVERY TIME.
