Mark determined that there were problems with my laptop due to its age. He helped me to purchase a used laptop over the Internet. He is going to set up the new laptop in my home this weekend.. He even went to Comcast with me and got my COMCAST bill lowered. I am very pleased with the services that he has provided me.

If you use this company after reading my review, you deserve whatever bad service you get. Mark completely ignores me unless I constantly call him. He is dishonest, and he does not care about the customer. He promised to remove my hard drive before replacing my keyboard, so that I would be the only one to have access to my sensitive data. He did not do that. It took a month for him to have time to do the repair, and another month to get it done. He ordered the wrong keyboard, and would not accept responsibility for the mistake. He then ordered what he said was the right keyboard. He told me that my computer had a crack in it, which it did not. I was worried that there was something wrong that I did not know about. A few days later, he said that he mixed my computer up with that of another customer. Getting the keyboard replaced was a scheduling nightmare. Then, I realized a few weeks after the replaced keyboard was installed that my backlight did not work. He eventually informed me that he ordered the wrong keyboard for the second time, and he promised to get the right one for me. This repair was covered by an extended warranty, and the correct keyboard costs more than the one that he installed. He wanted me to pay the difference, even though it was his mistake. I would never have paid $300 to replace a keyboard, except that I was getting reimbursed through the warranty. Now I have a keyboard that is inferior to the one that I had originally, and no way to get the problem fixed without paying an excessive amount. I have been following up for over a year, giving him a chance to replace my keyboard with the right one without charging me for his mistake, and he has not done the work. When I asked for a refund, he just said that he would replace the keyboard, but that is not happening. Every time I talk to him he lies and says that he is close to a solution to replace my keyboard. That is not happening. The only option that I have left is to take legal action against him.

Mark Levine, owner, knows computers..I'll give him credit for that. That is the "good news." But technical skill alone does not cut it, if everything else is literally intolerable, and cancels that out. I will outline the facts of my own weeks-long experience with him, and the reader can judge for themselves whether you want to risk the same experience. Mark has been OUTRAGEOUSLY inconsiderate, unreliable, and disrespectful to my person and my time, in my encounter with him. He was the FIRST resource to call me, 5 minutes after I posted my need on Angie's List, and was pushy about getting my business (thus you would ASSUME he needs, wants, and is capable of servicing additional clients). Yet his behavior towards me, as a new client, is literally the worst I've ever experience from ANY type of service company. About a dozen times in a row (I'm not exaggerating), he has told me he will call to finish the work on my computer "remotely." He is "too important" to be pinned down to a specific time -- just a "part of the day" (I was a "small fry" in his list of clients, so naturally "I should expect" service when, and IF, HE finishes with IMPORTANT clients and gets around to it), so time and time again I could not leave my house to attend to other things, and could not do things like get in the shower (if it is morning)...you just wait for His Highness, and HOPE he, by luck, finds time between his over-full plate of other clients to honor you by keeping plans. Time and time again DOES NOT CALL at the agreed upon time frame, and even worse, never ONCE did he have the courtesy of notifying me when he wasn't going to make an appointment...so I wasted a LOT of time and opportunity to do other things, sitting around and waiting for the phone call that never came. I pushed my patience with him well beyond the limit, because he took money from me (he will not accept checks...he brings a credit card scanner right with him), and did not finish or adequately explain work he did, so I gritted my teeth and didn't explode at him in the hope he would FINALLY appear, do what he was supposed to do, and I could END the relationship once and for all. But being stood up this last time was the "straw the broke the camel's back," and I felt I had to let other members of Angie's List know what they are likely to get with this company (maybe UNLESS you are General Motors or another client of that size).

Went very well. Mark convinced me to ditch Windows 10 and Norton 360 for Windows 8 and use Windows Security instead. Also replaced hard drive with a Solid State Drive.

We ran into Mark in a computer store. A few months later we had a computer problem and decided to give Mark a try. He promptly arrived at my house and fixed the problem quickly. Since then, he has worked on four other computers for us , plus our wireless network. As a bonus, he rewired our cable TV system and got the cable company to give us some new network components, since what they had supplied did not work properly. But Mark is mainly a computer tech and is very committed to his work. We highly recommend him.
