while the staff are helpful with general hardware store goods, when it came to paint and help with a basic home repair, knowledge is lower. They have no low VOC paint and when I asked for a primer with no odor was given one that I later learned (from Epco) had an extreme high odor and one would need to be careful with venting air, etc. They can also be a little condescending. I prefer Millens Hardware, better selection pricing and more knowledgeable, courteous staff.

WHILE THEY MAY CHARGE A LITTLE MORE THAN GOING TO A DISCOUNT STORE, THE SERVICE JUST CANNOT BE COMPARED TO. THE OWNERS ARE ALWAYS THERE AND SEEM TO KNOW JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING. EVEN THE KIDS WHO ARE THERE TO HELP OUT ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND IF THEY DON'T KNOW THEY IMMEDIATELY GET SOMEONE WHO DOES. GREAT, FRIENDLY.
