A Maytag Centennial Washer bought in 2011 was not always completing the final spin mode on Normal and Heavy loads?the clothes were still damp but not sitting in water. The washer's full cycle seemed to work fine on Delicate mode however. To self-diagnose the issue, I ran a Heavy cycle (50 minutes) empty (no clothes) and seemed fine, but had blinking "Spin" light at end of cycle instead of the Done light.
We called in Kelly's Appliances and although I was not home, my wife told me that they recommended replacing the control board and that it would cost over half the cost of a new washer. So we decided to buy a new one vs. repair this one. I thought the price for the visit was a bit on the high side, but I guess that comes with the territory. We did get a recommendation from Kelly's to apply a credit toward the purchase of a new washer from them. They recommended SpeedQueen which we might consider in the future.

They answered the phone and showed up when they said they would. Which is more to say than others in the area! We didn't feel like we were over charged and although this one was an easy fix, we would definitely use them for more complex issues in the future.

Repaired leaking washing machine - found hole in drainage hose and replaced hose.  2 weeks later, machine started leaking again, Kelly's came out right away and determined machine was not level and causing leak.  They leveled it and no leaks since.  Very responsive - will use them again!

Work was fine - they did what I needed done. However when I brought it in and asked how much it would cost, they told me 29.99. When I picked it up, the total bill with tax was 54. They neglected to tell me the 29.99 was just for the cord and that labor would be added on. I could have bought a new, updated version for 138 on amazon. 
If you go, just be sure to confirm the TOTAL cost.

I contacted Kelly's Appliance Inc. after my Whirlpool Duet gas dryer stopped drying clothes. Kelly's scheduled a service call and repair for the following day. Kelly's technician showed up on-time as promised and quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. This was my second experience dealing with Kelly's and like the first, I was was satisfied with their service. Kelly's prices are higher than other repair people I've used for my large appliances, but they are quite responsive, punctual, and professional. Therefore I believe they are a good value. I highly recommend them.

Kelly's Appliance dispatched a technician a few days after I called to report a problem with my Miele dishwasher. The technician arrived on time and was respectful of my home. He promptly diagnosed the problem, which was electrical in nature. He adjusted the electrical outlet so that I could run the dishwasher while I waited for an electrician. I appreciated their service, responsiveness, and their honesty, however I do somewhat resent paying the price of a full service call for a 10 minute diagnostic.

We called on a Monday morning because the tumbler in the dryer wouldn't turn. They came out within two hours. The service man was courteous, professional and efficient. Would like to have paid less, but gratified that they responded so quikcly and effectively

Made appointment by phone for next day. Charge was $99 for coming to house and making repair, plus parts.  Repairman arrived at appointed time, identified dryer problem, had to leave and return with a part he didn't have (about 30 minutes), repaired machine.  Repairman was quick with repair, very professional. I appreciated the prompt service call and would call Kelly's Appliances again.

They came promptly and fixed the problem.  Washer makes a scraping sound now at end of spin cycle, but I have not called to ask about that yet.  Very glad to have it agitating again.

I called Kelly's Appliance to check on my leaking washing machine which was a 7 year-old Maytag Neptune model.  They told me how much it would cost to fix it ($450) and also explained that the long lead time to get the parts and the high cost of repair was due to the electronic controls.  I asked what their recommendation would be and they suggested getting a basic washer ($600) that is good at agitating and cleaning clothes. They gave me a few options that they had in their store, I went to look at a few of them and they delivered it that same day.  I love the workhorse washer that I have now.  Nothing fancy, but it gets the clothes clean!

I went to Kelly's to buy a Miele vacuum cleaner.  The price was competitive but it was the service that stood out for me.  The staff member was very knowledgeable and assembled the vacuum cleaner so it was ready to go.  Great service and will go back if I need to buy an appliance.

They're polite and reasonably friendly. They seem pretty confident. They're more expensive than average though.

They are great. They pricing is extremely fair and they are very efficient. They can repair almost anything.
