Heidekat Design

I called the owner, Mindy, to inquire about a project in my backyard. She lives very close to me which I thought would make everything easier when designing and installing a project. I called her on May 2nd and she said she could not do install until August due to her schedule. Obviously, the heat of August is not ideal, nor is it ideal to landscape at the end of the summer because we could not derive enjoyment out of the garden. I asked if she would be willing to look at the space because I did not think it would be a big job and I really liked the idea of using a local landscape design firm. She said yes and we arranged a time. I then received a voicemail back that she was canceling because she did not want to be "railroaded" into an arrangement and be used for cheap, fast work. I will be happy to use a different landscape business that can accommodate bids and work early in the summer.
