Custom Fundraising Solutions

Purhased two mattress and box spring sets at a school fundraiser through "Custom Fundraising Solutions Northshore" - was suppose to be a great way for the kids in the music program to raise funds for their various school year activities. Purchased both sets on 11/3/12. On May 7th I contacted the warranty provider for the mattresses as the supports in both of the mattresses had broken. The mattresses lost their shape - the middles bowed out and the mattress beginning to take on the shape of a pancake. I have the receipts and all paperwork documenting the date of purchase as well as the warranty timeframes for all mattresses sold by Restonic. I did call Restonic and was told they were unable to help me as I had removed the mattress tags. I explained that the tags were removed as they represent a choking hazard and I had no idea they would be needed in the future. Restonic refused to help me. A couple of days later I received a call from the fundraising company for the school. They left a phone number and despite multiple attempts to reach the contact at Custom Fundraising Solutions Northshore, none of my calls were returned. I have received two rude e-mails from Deb at Restonic who continues to indicate that she is unable to help without any tags.
