+ -1 moreJOE FOOTLIK (OWNER) IS A CONTRACTOR/REHABBER AND DOES HOME INSPECTION ON THE SIDE. HE IS AMAZING! I WAS ALL SET TO BUY A REHABBED HOME IN ROSCOE VILLAGE AND JOE SAVED MY LIFE AS HE FOUND A MILLION THINGS WRONG WITH IT AND TOLD ME NOT TO BUY IT. I USED HIM ON THE NEXT HOUSE I FOUND AND AGAIN HE WAS GREAT. HE IS UNBELIEVABLY THOROUGH AND REALLY CARES ABOUT HELPING YOU FIND A GREAT HOME. HE LOOKS AT EVERYTHING AND DOESN'T LEAVE ANYTHING TO CHANCE. BE PREPARED FOR HIM TO FIND THINGS YOU MAY NOT WANT TO HEAR, BUT HE WILL TELL YOU HONESTLY IF YOU TRULY NEED TO BE WORRIED ABOUT THEM OR NOT. DEFINITELY USE HIM IF YOU ARE BUYING NEW CONSTRUCTION OR A REHAB. HE WON'T LET YOU DOWN.
