Mark is just great. He came promptly and properly and quickly diagnosed what work had to be done and he was always clear in explaining how to use the various equipment (printer and router) that was installed. I give him my highest recommendation.

mark did a great job of explaining everything and taking care of everything that I needed. it ended up being sort of a complicated process but he capped the hours charged after a certain point. now the computer works well and all of my files are being backed up. he is very knowledgeable and communicative.

Responded promptly to my voice mail and set up a convenient appointment.  We had a little confusion when I found a Groupon shortly afterward and wanted to use that, but it all worked out easily.  He was prompt to the appointment.
I had tech-saavy friends who had worked on the Roku (as well as an Apple TV system that we never got to work).  We couldn't quite get it to work, and this provider was able to complete the setup and make if functional for me.  Pretty simple, but I was SO glad to get it finally working!  Since I used a Groupon,  the cost of service may be different for others.

Very nice man. Explained what he was doing and showed me steps I can take to keep my computer working better. Installed malware and spyware. Everything went great, something's took much longer than expected, but was was able to agree on added costs for the additional time. Guareented his work

Everything was excellent except when it came to payment. I think he charged 140 per hour I believe. It was a little annoying because it was a per hour based service. He spent an awful amount of time chitchatting in between and it was very hard to get him off from chit chatting and talking about my dog and showing me pictures of dogs which is all on my dime. I was very pleased with the service. I don't want to talk about my dog, which I love to talk about but I don't want to talk about my dog when it is going to cost me money to do so. The other strange thing he did was something in 13 cents and change and he suggested that we would round up the change which was just shocking to me as a response, why don't I just round it up, he said, to the dollar; he wanted to round it up to the dollar. A normal thing to say would be let's forget the 13 cents but no, that's not what he did, he was too caring about his 13 cents. He wanted to round it up and it was so important to him that in the end we went scrambling for 13 cents for a 200 and some dollar service. It was a little aggravating and irritating. I can't complain for what he did, it was great, everything is working great. I wouldn't recommend him but I would tell anybody to be prepared to be annoyed because most people I know would be annoyed as we were. It would certainly be irritating for that kind of thing. I would give him a 'B', I would have given him an 'A' if he hadn't been so worried about his 13 cents. Honestly I just cannot do that, just because of that minor issue. If somebody is charging you by the hour, it was difficult, it was. I would have to say "C" again for price because he tried to round up the stupid 13 cents. It was a big mistake on his part. I think he can lose people if he continues to do that. I don't think the responsiveness for the 13 cents was professional. I would use this provider again but I have to discuss with him before he comes out. I would actually have to sit down and discuss that issue with him. I wish but it would be a little difficult.

Angie's List SnapFix concierge app originally scheduled a company that charged $170 (includes "service call" and per hour rate) in which my scope of work was not that detailed.  I rejected the first company in which Angie's List then scheduled with Mark at Computer Nirvana for $85.  Mark was friendly, installed everything very quickly, and answered any questions I had.
I would recommend Mark and Computer Nirvana and intend to use them again in the future.

Computer Nirvana is an extremely reliable and professional computer repair company which I would recommend to anyone serious about their computer.

The owner, answered my call right away and was able to come that same day.  He ran programs to rid two computers of viruses.  It was taking longer than anticipated so he took one laptop home to complete.  He did keep pushing off when he would return the computer and so I ended up staying near home all day as a morning return of the computers didn't happen until evening. The computers seem to be working fine.   Overall, Mark was present and easy to work with.

got her back to running, she had somehow lost administrator privileges and could no log in.  did some cleanups too.

Hard to recall the details; the guy showed up right on time and looked at the computer and fixed what he could, and gave me good advice.

Mark Litin fixed our computer.  We had trouble getting into our email.  His work was very thorough and professional.  He really is a computer whiz!

Scheduling an appointment was very easy - I simply completed the form on the Computer Nirvana website, and Mark responded that same day.  He was able to accommodate me in the same week, which was great since my pc was acting really slow and buggy.  He arrived at my house on time, and we spent a bit of time going over my list of questions, and talking about/demonstrating the specific problems I was having.  He got to work and, with a little involvement from me for passwords, eliminated my apparently huge number of temp files.  He added CCleaner to my pc, and showed me how to use it to keep my computer a bit cleaner in the future.  He set up archive files in my Outlook, since I tend to keep lots of e-mails in that location.  And he further explored and set up some additional functionality in Webroot to manage my passwords.  Mark was very knowledgeable and great to work with; I will definitely look to him in the future for my pc needs.

Mark SAS highly professional. He was able to come out the same day. He quickly went to work identifying issues and educating me as to how to resolve such issues in the future. We feel very comfortable contacting him in the future.
