CARSONS FURNITURE GALLERY

The experience was pleasurable. I did due diligence. I spent a lot of time on Consumer Reports, etc. deciding on what type of mattress would be good for our guest room. Then, I went on Angie's List for the name of some mattress stores in our area. We went to the Carson's Furniture Gallery in Edens Plaza. Our salesman was top rate. He had worked in the same department at Marshall Field's and was familiar with all the mattresses on display, and there were many. He was professional and didn't push us toward the most expensive one. He listened to what our needs were, the information we had learned about mattresses and then added to our knowledge. Even my husband got into trying out the different mattresses! We chose one in our price range, it was delivered within the week. I would add that the delivery men were also professional. They removed our old mattress and box spring and then brought the new mattress and split box spring up the stairs. (Our stairs twist so it was not easy and other delivery persons have had trouble)
