Thomas called me right away, arrived on time to our appointment and was very courteous and respectful. Turns out the outlet was working but constantly tripping - a problem he couldn't solve on the spot but he talked me through how the old electrical system in our house worked and ways this problem could be remedied. Unfortunately our gutter heat cable was plugged into this outlet and because the outlet was tripping the gutter system was not heating and we had ice dams on our roof. He helped me find a better outlet to plug into and temporarily solved our ice damming problem but we will have to look into installing a dedicated outlet for the gutter cable, which he offered to come back and do for us.

Thomas was terrific. He was easy to work with and very reliable. He understood what we wanted and was very friendly. It went very well and we would use him again future.
