 + -1 moreEverything went very smooth. The man I talked to on the phone was very nice--I think he was the owner. And he sent someone out the next day. It was an emergency because this is a Law Office and we definitely needed our copy machine in working order fast. They did a great job and the machine works and my boss was very impressed with the man that came out.
Description of Work: They fixed our copy machine. Our machine just refused to make copies. We didn't want to use the place where we leased it from because we didn't trust them anymore.

 + -1 moreI took the printer in told the man what was wrong,he said to give him about a week to look at it as this is a very busy repair shop. So about a week later he called back and said there was a broken plastic gear on the printer carriage,and he would try to locate one on the inner net,because they don't make parts for these small machines. Well 2 weeks went by and i heard nothing from Wagner's so i called back,and got a women on the phone,it told her was i was having a printer fixed she took my information. She said he was having trouble locating the part, so i told her i have been waiting for 3 weeks,if he can't fix it just junk it. And that's what they did.
Description of Work: My HP Desk Jet printer simply stopped working and i couldn't figure out why. So i took the machine into Wagners Office machine repair.

 + -1 moreMachine needed a new toner and has worked fine with no new problems. I would use this company again. The machine was picked up on 3-31-11. Service was prompt.
Description of Work: Brought in a monochrome aser printer for repair-paper would not feed into the machine. The technician inspected machine and performed a deep cleaning of the feed rollers.
