When this work was done, I was part of the board who hired Tony from Top Notch. We had issues with Top Notch's workers showing up on time and the quality of work was terrible at best. Due to these issues, we did not end up paying Top Notch the entire agreed upon amount for the work and hired someone else to clean up the mess. In a subsequent run in with Tony, I requested that he provide me with the paint color used for the walls so that I could do some touch-up work around my door. He hung up on me two times and when I called for the third time, told me he didn't like our building and that he wasn't going to provide the information I requested. The then said, "Good luck buddy" and hung up on me for the third time....thus prompting this review...
