 + 0 moreThis was in March. It went very well and we were very pleased with them. We would highly recommend them. They are very professional.
Description of Work: I used Top Notch Construction. He did remodelling in our home. He put a closet in a room, drywall and painting.

 + -1 moreExcellent professionalism! Mike gave honest opinions and came up with some new ideas. He wasn't passive and knew when to insert his opinion.
Description of Work: Met with to discuss a kitchen remodel project. We ran out of time to get started on the project but will work with top notch when we are ready (had to rent our house before construction could begin).

 + 0 moreWhen this work was done, I was part of the board who hired Tony from Top Notch. We had issues with Top Notch's workers showing up on time and the quality of work was terrible at best. Due to these issues, we did not end up paying Top Notch the entire agreed upon amount for the work and hired someone else to clean up the mess. In a subsequent run in with Tony, I requested that he provide me with the paint color used for the walls so that I could do some touch-up work around my door. He hung up on me two times and when I called for the third time, told me he didn't like our building and that he wasn't going to provide the information I requested. The then said, "Good luck buddy" and hung up on me for the third time....thus prompting this review...
Description of Work: Top Notch Construction was hired to complete a patch and paint job for my condo building's common areas.
