"We at TC Stone Enterprise have researched this complaint and have found that there was a quote issued. The quote was issued by an employee on our sales team. We would never sen out a "supplier" to a clents home. We do our own measuring and custom manufacture our counter tops. The quote that was given never materialized into an actual job due to the fact that we were asked to come down "significantly" in the price quoted. We at TC Stone Enterprise take pride in providing our cients quality work at great prices. Unfortunately some materials are more costly than others and in this case a high end material was chosen. We do our best to be accommodating of our clients budget; however, for smaller projects such as this we recommend chosing from our remnants. We alway have variety from which to select from and this helps to keep costs down. This offer was made to the client but was refused."
