SOFA SOLUTIONS

Both Sue and Sean worked with my designer and it looks great. They were very persistent to make me happy.

When our furniture arrived, it was stained unevenly. The delivery service is contracted so the delivery could not be refused. We worked with the staff at Sofa Solutions for weeks to get this resolved. They were always pleasant and responsive on the phone, but they told us the furniture manufacturer would have to order a new piece to be stained and replace that piece on our furniture. We were told that only the retailer could call the manufacturer, so we depended on Sofa Solution to deal with this. We called Sofa Solutions every week for a few months and got no response that the manufacturer was ever going to do anything, so we finally gave up. I have no way of knowing if Sofa Solutions ever called the manufacturer, but either way, it was their responsibility to make this right.
