PermaSeal is the Best. The consultant clearly explained the options for my project, the scheduling and cost. The installers were on time, explained questions I had about the basement crack sealing and Permafoam installation , completed the project in a timely manner and were friendly. This is the second project PermaSeal has completed for me. I would call them again, for sure.

My living room floor over the crawlspace was always cold in the winter. The Perma-seal salesman said spray foam would fix it. After spending a LOT of money to have it done, there is no change. The floor is still cold! They are not honest people. Also, I have two vents at each end of crawlspace that I open in the Spring to dry up any dampness. I found out that they sprayed foam over these vents closing them off . Now I am thinking I will get mold growing down there because of no air circulation. Terrible company! I would never recommend them!

Nick and Gus installed a hot water tank. They were amazing - so thorough and professional. They explained the process involved and went above and beyond checking to make sure all faucets and tub were working properly after shutting off the water. Also, they took the time to explain to me how to understand the way my battery operated sump pump works with technology. Fantastic workers!

Had Permaseal come out for an estimate on new sump pumps. Derek Hall gave me a variety of options and explained which ones would work best for my basement. He even took the time to explain the whole thing again to my wife who was on a work call at the time.

The house had water penetration and the inspector wasn’t sure how or where. Perma-Seal was contacted to professionally figure it out. The Perma-Seal inspector Robert Barshefski came in and explained to the buyers exactly what was the cause of the issue. It was water penetrating from the sliding door. It is a simple fix of just caulking the sliding door. There was no upsell or expensive remedy that was not needed. Highly recommend Robert, he has vast experience and really knows his business. He also tested and showed the buyer that a sump pump is working that the home inspector thought was not working.

Excellent! Adam, Tyler and Javier are great guys and do great work! Concrete repair (drop of over 4”) between patio and house. Repair was needed for over 30 years! Finally made the call to Permaseal. Timing was perfect because we will be able to pass guarantee along to next homeowner when we retire in 4 years!

Very upset with final product! Hired this company because of their 40 yrs in the business and implied expertise. A corner of my home had settled and created settlement cracks in both the interior drywall and exterior masonry. A sales rep discussed the possible solution of raising the corner of the foundation to correct the problem. Big price tag but needed to fix the problem. Crew arrived two weeks later and proceeded to escalate my problem. Now I have new cracks in my walls that are much worse then my original cracks. Spoke with both the “Forman” and sales rep and their solution was to tuck point the new cracks and kept spewing about the 25 ye warranty. The new cracks look horrible, tuckpointed or not. I’m sick to my stomach and can’t sleep over results.
