I was very pleased with their service. They were very easy to work with. I had some questions regarding the manufacture of the shade (there were some minor indentations in the fabric) and they came out to take a look at it. I also sent her some pictures of these shades. All of the interactions I had with them went very well. They stand behind their product and want their customer satisfied. The installers were extremely professional and polite.
