 + -1 moreWe pay him monthly. He paid attention to every small detail, and made sure that we weren't having any trash coming up or it was clear from any trash or litter from the roadway. He cleaned the rock and made sure it was nice. He just paid attention to all the details.
Description of Work: We use Ken's Pond & Lake Management Service. We last used them this fall. He maintained the ponds on our property.

 + -1 moreHE IS VERY COURTEOUS, TAKES TIME TO EXPLAIN THINGS TO YOU, AND IS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT POND PROBLEMS. HE WAS VERY CONCERNED ABOUT THE FISH IN THE POND. I HAVE A VERY DIFFICULT PROBLEM BECAUSE MY LAKE IS FEED FROM A LONG WAYS AWAY, AND I GET MOSTLY FERTILIZER RUN OFF, WHICH CAUSES A VERY BAD ALGAE PROBLEM. BECAUSE OF ACCESS PROBLEMS, HE MUST WALK THROUGH HEAVY UNDERBRUSH TO SERVICE ME. I HAD A VARIETY OF PROBLEMS, AND HE HAS ADDRESSED THEM AND CORRECTED THEM PROMPTLY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS SERVICE. HE IS THE BEST PERSON WE HAVE EVER HAD WORK ON OUR LAKE.
Description of Work: EACH TIME HE IS HERE, HE CHECKS OXYGEN AND MANY OTHER CHEMICAL LEVELS. HE LEAVES A SMALL REPORT EVERY WEEK AFTER HE HAS SERVICED THE POND.
