Darek of KDS Construction, Inc. carefully reviewed the job, came up with a plan for the work and executed the job with great skill and professionalism.  He is very easy to work with and answered all my questions in a timely manner.  I am very pleased on the outcome of the project and received many compliments on the high quality of the work from friends, family and neighbors.

I don't know how Darek does it, but he always gets the best materials for the best price.  My mom used him for years anytime she needed something done around her house.  So when we bought our house 4 years ago (and neither my husband nor I are handy in any way!), we also started calling on him when something needed to be fixed.  He takes great pride in his work, so you can rest assured that whatever you hire him for will be done perfectly.  And he very often throws in little things along the way; for example, last month when he built our new garage (it went from a 2 car to a 2.5 car garage), he laid down 6 additional feet of gravel on the garage apron to the alley to accommodate the extra width of the garage...without charging us for it.  He also ran speaker wire from the house to the garage without charging us for the labor.  We have not had any problems with anything he's done, and believe me, I'm a picky one!  I honestly can't say enough good things about Darek and the work he does.
