+ 2 moreTotal process took longer then expected, but as it was custom built, we did not see this as an issue. However, since the bookshelf was completed we have had problems with the interior lighting and the sliding glass doors. Repeated calls made to Briarwood have resulted in zero response. We have been calling for over 9 months, leaving messages and getting no return call. This company apparently does not concern itself with customer service.
Description of Work: Customized built-in bookshelf with granite top, interior lighting and sliding glass doors.
