Even though I indicated that my time was flexible, he was able to come earlier than the time we first talked about. He called me to let me know. The latch was jammed and I couldn't get it out. He got it out and replaced it with the new doorknob parts in minutes. Great service, courteous and professional.

Paul was very responsive, polite and knowledgeable about his craft. I called him directly after making the appointment with home advisor to arrange an earlier time. He gave me a two hour window and called before coming. Paul wore a mask while working on my back door lock . He solved the problem quickly. I will call him again if I have a need for a locksmith.
