The work took 4 times longer than what was originally estimated, there was no daily clean-up done other than to remove their tools each day, the tile work in the shower and floor was poorly done and grout came out in a wide area after only 6 weeks of using the shower. Despite assuring me they would stand by their work, they would not return to fix the shower. In addition, the tiled shower floor was completely botched and there are four puddles that form after each shower. The paint work on the front porch paint job chipped within six months. The would not come back to fix that either. The interior stairs were not properly patched and sanded and needs to be completely redone. The original estimate provided was two weeks. They left after nine weeks and still had to come back several times to fix and finish things. Most days they came early in the AM and stayed only a few hours. Many many things had to be redone throughout the job. In some instances things had to be done 3 or 4 times before they were right. On several occasions, I gave specific instructions about how I wanted things done and they did not follow my instructions. Heated floors were installed in the master, but they placed the mat in the wrong place so the space in front of the vanity is ice cold.
