This is the second time we have used SN Cleaning for carpet cleaning. Each time was an excellent result and experience. Tech shows up on time (Time frame is given with a phone call the day before) and goes over each room to be cleaned and explains any issues he sees that may be an issue. We have a stain up stairs that our dog likes to create. Tech said that it may not come out to be the same color of original rug color due to the fact it has faded in that spot. But, each time he was able to pull the stain out and it did restore to its natural color. Excellent company and service provided. Recommend on the highest scale!

I have to rave about them. I have used them for years & they continue to be professional, on time, polite & do a great job. They make sure you're happy with the results & do their very best to get out stains. I will continue to use & recommend them!

Great experience. The quote request was super fast, and they followed up after I had not responded for a few days. The crew arrived right on time, did a thorough job and then removed all of their equipment without a scratch.

I did not schedule the service. The information on Angie's list give a price for one room, any size. What it doesn't tell you is that there is a minimum charge of $110. I will not hire a company with deceptive advertising.

excellent!! i swear, rug was nicer than when i bought it after being cleaned by this company! they were on time, no surprises with the budget once they arrived, and my sectional and rug are AMAZINGLY clean! quick responses to questions and scheduling, even called a day later to make sure I was happy with the service and not having any issues. I will definitely use them again.

Excellent - great service, quality, and price

I called S N Cleaning and was happy that they were able to provide service the same day. A polite and professional gentlemen arrived on time and worked efficiently to clean 4 pieces of furniture and one room of carpeting. The cost matched the price list that is on S N Cleaning's website, so there were no surprises. I am very happy with their work and will call them again when I need cleaning done in the future. My furniture looked new again.

He was right on time, and was very nice. He explained what he was going to do, and what to expect after. ( wool smells sort of like a wet dog when wet ). The rugs look brand new and even the wet dog smell was not there. I will use this company for any of my carpet and upholstery cleaning in the future.

Purchased all new area rugs and sofa set in 2014, and were in need of a deep cleaning. I was almost ready to toss our my 8X10 cream area rug because my rug shampooer broke and dirt stains from heavy traffic were accumulating quickly. Also, my cloth sofa set was starting to look dingy and was beginning to smell a bit musty.
Emailed SN for a quote and they immediately responded with a price which was much less than I had anticipated after checking out another huge competitor. I immediately booked my appointment and the person they sent out arrived right on time!
He took his time to explain what he was going to do, how long it would take him, and preventative care afterwards. He also offered deoderizing services which I accepted for the sofa set and 8x10 rug.
Everything was done within 1.5 hours and wow, what a difference it made. My furniture and rugs look brand new! I wish I had called sooner because there was some deep staining that didn't come out all the way, but because I knew it was there, I'm pretty much the only one who notices. 
I will be calling them again for mattress cleaning. Highly recommend these guys, they know what their doing.

We had them clean the carpets in the bedrooms of our new condo. The technician came early, and was very friendly and professional. He told me before he started that the high traffic area in the master bedroom/walk-through closet would not get perfectly clean, but would be a lot better, and he was right. The rest of the carpet did look perfect  -- what a difference!
The price I quoted above may be a little misleading -- it is higher than their normal cost for doing two rooms because it is their minimum for traveling the distance to get to my condo. That seemed fair to me, (and it sure beat buying a new carpet). Also, I appreciated them telling me beforehand that they don't accept checks, and that they add a small fee for using a credit card. I stopped at the bank before the technician arrived. I will certainly use S N Cleaning again.

The carpet, rugs and furniture look great.  The gentleman that performed the service explained everything and was done quicker than I expected.  It did take about 24 hours for everything to dry thoroughly.

They don't take checks, only cash or credit/debit for which there is a 2% fee.  They did tell me this ahead of time so I was able to get to the bank to get the cash.

First phone call went well. I was given a quote. I was pleased with it, and so I scheduled an appointment. They were very accommodating, considering I needed them to come in a few days. I was very pleased with the results. I wish I had taken a before and after picture because it was as they had promised me-- not all the stains will be completely taken out but the dining room chairs will be "1000 times better." The man who did the job was meticulous and thorough. I will definitely use them again.

Showed up on time and completed the cleaning quickly and efficiently.  Did a great job for a reasonable cost.

This is the 3rd time I've used them and I plan on using them again.  They had the best price for the job and they do a very thorough job.  Each time they have been friendly & professional.

The services were thorough and performed professionally.  The service tech was punctual and accommodated some of our special needs, such as  hard to reach areas and additional items that needed to be cleaned.
The cleaning was well done.  Our carpets were in bad shape, and he was able to remove some stains that I didn't expect to come out.
Overall, the pricing was fair, but there were a few smaller items that I felt were overpriced.  For example, the price to clean a crib size mattress was $25 and couldn't have taken more than a few minutes.
I would recommend this company, and it is likely that I will use them again in the future.

Responsive, punctual, and very thorough cleaning job.  I only had a single carpet to be cleaned but it had some serious traffic stains.  Not only did they get them out but also replied to my desperate request quickly and came out next day.

The Cleaners were punctual and polite.  The cleaner took his time and did a thorough job.  Most all stains came out of carpet and it looked 110% better when he was done.  I used a coupon that was on Angie's list which they honored.  I would use them again, but they are more expensive then some others, but sometimes you get what you pay for.  I feel I did with this company.

Came on time and did a great job cleaning our carpeting and rug. Spent extra time trying to clean high-traffic areas and did a very good job.

What I liked most about this experience was the promptness, professionalism, and thoroughness. 
George and another technician arrived at our townhouse and went over what we wanted done.  He examined each room and went straight to work. They wore shoe covers and were very clean.  All our carpets look great and our furniture looks brand new. 
We will surely use them again in the future!
