The only toilet in my house that my Mom can access using her walker was plugged -- after furiously working to unclog it myself, I contacted Great American Plumbing and explained that I needed help as soon as possible. They arrived in less than 30 minutes and quickly fixed the problem. Very courteous.

I would have liked to know how much the repair was first. To install a hose faucet which took 15 min was 185.00 that was told to me after the 15 min repair. Very expensive.

over all a great guy, there were a couple of small things that happen like not having parts needing to run out to the local hardware .but in the end I'm happy with the work.
