They were terrific. Extremely responsible, extremely reliable, reasonably price, and the quality of the work was excellent.

I called CBE on Jan 17 and left a message telling them my roof has a leak and asked them to call me back.
CBE gave me an estimate on Jan 25 and completed the work on Feb 7.
I am a stickler when it comes to customer service and communication.  I was impressed that Blair called me to let me know he would be 15 minutes late for the estimate appointment we set up for January 25.
Blair knew immediately why the roof was leaking and what it would take to fix it. He was very nice and professional.

I could not have asked for a better roofing crew. They were all hard workers and very professional. C.B.E. Construction had done work for us in the past and so I knew I would receive a competitive price and high quality product and service.

C.B.E. sent a team out the same day we emailed them (in an emergency situation - we discovered water leaking down an interior wall in our sun room due to a leak in the roof). Their roofing crew did a temporary repair on the sun room roof. The repair job was done in the winter, and they ensured us that no water would enter the roof/house until they were able to come and completely re-roof the room. The temporary roof never leaked.

When they were able to come and complete the roofing job (which entailed putting a rubber roof on the sun room after inspecting for damage, along with re-roofing our entire first level of our main house), the crew did a great job. They matched the existing roof very well, and we felt that they did everything with care and precision.

We have been very satisfied with the quality of work and our interaction with the people (Blair and Lorie Brown, and Brian Brown) at C.B.E. Construction. They are a good and honest company to work with.
